1. Deep Tech Leadership
   AI and deep tech aren’t just buzzwords—they’re strategic growth drivers. MSH is building a comprehensive support system: real-world use cases, robust infrastructure, expert mentoring, and funding pathways.

2. Built for Bharat
   Through the GENESIS programme, MSH is empowering startups in Tier II and III cities. With 65+ incubators across India, the initiative offers funding (up to ₹1 crore), mentorship, and market access to grassroots innovators.

3. Inclusive Technology
   Madanagopal strongly supports assistive and geriatric tech—solutions that help the elderly and differently-abled access digital services with ease, whether through voice-enabled platforms or ergonomic design.

4. Women in Deep Tech
   Going beyond symbolic representation, MSH is enabling women to become leaders and creators in hardcore tech sectors through dedicated capacity-building programmes.

   “We’re not hiring for BPO roles—we’re nurturing women to build cutting-edge tech,” he emphasizes.

GENESIS: Sparking Innovation from the Ground Up

The GENESIS (Generating Entrepreneurship and Innovation in Startup India) initiative is designed to ignite deep tech innovation in non-metro regions. It features:

• Entrepreneur-in-residence grants (₹10 lakh) for ideation and MVP development.

• Matching funds (up to ₹50 lakh) with co-investment after validation.

• Scale capital (up to ₹1 crore) for startups tackling long-gestation, high-impact challenges.

This model ensures that innovation is supported end-to-end—funded, mentored, and connected to both markets and government demand. MSH is also fostering patient capital, backing strategic ventures with long-term (5–10 year) growth potential, unlike conventional VC models.

Madanagopal’s personal journey reflects the aspirations of India’s rising middle class. From juggling multiple jobs in Mumbai to becoming Chief Innovation Officer at T-Hub, and now CEO of MSH, he’s fueled by a desire to create scalable, inclusive impact.

“First, it’s about proving yourself. Then, adding value. Now, it’s about supporting dreams, creating jobs, and shaping the future of the nation.”

Despite a packed schedule that includes 15-16 hour workdays and constant travel, he still finds time to learn—recently enrolling in classes on agentic AI. What drives him? Curiosity and a purpose-driven mindset.

The Road Ahead: MSH as India’s Innovation Backbone

Over the next year, MSH plans to:

• Build a hub-and-spoke innovation network with new regional offices (starting in Bengaluru).

• Onboard 5,000–10,000 new startups from Tier II and III cities.

• Host India’s first startup-government demo days to drive public-sector procurement of local innovations.

• Expand corporate innovation programmes so startups find buyers beyond just government contracts.
