Be Clinical, a science-driven skincare startup, has secured ₹2 crore in a seed funding round led by Titan Capital, with additional backing from Aditya Agarwal, founder of artisanal brassware label P-Tal. The Mumbai-based brand plans to use the capital to scale its anti-ageing product line and set up in-house manufacturing operations.

A Science-First Approach to Skincare

Founded by Hemangi Dhir, Be Clinical is focused on delivering evidence-based skincare solutions tailored to Indian Gen Z and Millennial consumers. The brand emerged from Dhir’s personal journey with skincare products that didn’t deliver results—prompting her to create a clinically validated, results-oriented alternative.

“Anti-ageing has often been treated as an afterthought, but at Be Clinical, it's our primary focus,” said Dhir.
“We’re catering to a growing need among young Indian consumers who are looking for targeted, effective skincare much earlier in their journey. I believe Be Clinical can redefine what science-first, results-driven skincare looks like in India.”

Be Clinical specializes in medical-grade formulations that blend dermatological science with nature-based ingredients, aimed at combating early signs of ageing. With a direct-to-consumer model, the brand has quickly built credibility in the performance skincare segment.

The new funding will support:

• Establishing in-house manufacturing to ensure quality control, protect proprietary formulations, and manage inventory more efficiently

• Expanding the anti-ageing skincare range, including preventive and corrective solutions
